WEDDING

10.21.17

We've been excited to shoot this wedding since we first met with Alex and Chris to discuss their wedding over drinks and apps.
They are a fun loving, down to earth couple that you can immediately feel comfortable talking with.
Their wedding was a picture perfect fall day at gorgeous Priam Vineyard located in Colchester, Connecticut.

Alex and her crew of 8 chilled out at Alex's house sporting their white embroidered shirts while Chris and his party of 11 rigged up a bottle of
Fireball with a gopro camera at a nearby hotel.
This crew came to party and weren't waiting till the reception to enjoy the festivities.

Before the ceremony, Alex and Chris made sure to spend a few moments away from the craziness while each opened gifts from the other.
Alex opened Chris's gift, a pearl necklace and journal, that brought tears to her eyes.
Chris kicked the guys out before opening his gifts, a pair of flips, a t-shirt, some cologne, and a VERY sweet watch.

Alex and Chris did a first look before the ceremony which I'm soooo thankful for.
We were able to get a lot of amazing images of the two of them before the sun went down.
Not to mention some really fun and laid back bridal party pics.

Ahh the ceremony! I will say one of the most touching and entertaining ceremonies I've witnessed in a long time.
Their personal vows were heartfelt and hysterical all at the same time.

The rest of the night was a whirlwind of dancing thanks to the ETA Band who kept the guests moving.
Chris even serenaded his new wife with his rendition of Adam Sandler's, Grow old with me.

We wish this fun loving couple all the best! We had a blast celebrating your love along with all your friends and family.
Oh, and if you see a fly, don't kill it. Pretty sure its a relative of Alex's!
